Man, I hate being at school sometimes, but I guess it's all worth it in the end. Tough times will come and I will do everything in my power to "carry on." I don't think that there will be anything that can stop me from finishing school, but I wish it would be way easier than what it really is. I now know that if my mom can do it, I can do it too! (At least I can try!)
All the stuff about the new freshies was so true. They all get on my nerves, but for some reason they all seem to want to be my friend. THEY DON'T EVER WANT TO GO AWAY!!!! OMG!! HELP ME!!! Okay, so there's a few semi-cool freshies, but still, I got a rep. to keep ya know!? I'm such a badass! LOL! Not really, but they don't know that.

School is hard...I remember it well. But as I always tell Braeden, it's not about straight "A"s....it's about doing YOUR best.
Before you know it school will be but a memory.

You know, I hated highschool with a passion. Not so much the classes and work, as I hated the people in my school. I don't do snob types, and they were so snobby to me most of the time. I was pretty much an outcast, and to this day, I have 1 person from highschool that I keep up with once in a while (she was cool and NOT a snob :).
Not sure if the stuck ups get you down like they did me, but if this is the case, like it was for me and made my days more and more miserable, I will say that going on to college is the light at the end of the tunnel! When I got to college, most of the folks were very cool. Things are just so different once you get to college and so are the people. Guess maybe they realize that the petty little stuff from highschool just doesn't float in the real world.
Chin up, tits out, get thru it, and I'm tellin' ya, college is a whole different story.
Okay, so there's still "work" to do, but in college, you're doing it so that you can get that degree and make better cash at a real job... from the gal who didn't manage to stick it out back in the day, I'd have to say it's worth going thru that 2, 4, or 6 years to get that degree and good ass job! It's just soooo different! You're not doing it because you have to do it in college, you do it because you want to, and that's what makes it better than highschool...
